SkeneFlow (hola@skeneflow.com) is the controller of your personal data. By using the application you accept the practices described in this policy.
We collect your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and the content you create in the application: productions, scripts, characters, scenes, notes, and calendar events. Payment processors share with us the identifiers needed to manage your subscription.
We use your data to provide the service: managing your account, productions, and subscription, sending platform notifications, and improving the product. The legal basis is the performance of the service contract and your consent for communications.
We keep your data while your account is active and for applicable legal periods. We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures: bcrypt-hashed passwords, signed sessions, and role-based access control.
You may access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data at any time by writing to hola@skeneflow.com. Deleting a production also deletes its scenes, characters, and associated events.
